Cancellation Policy for Priestess Path Retreat

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully before booking your spot.

Cancellation Terms

• 30+ Days Before the Retreat Start Date:
You will receive a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee to cover processing costs.

• 15-29 Days Before the Retreat Start Date:
You will receive a 50% refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.

• 0-14 Days Before the Retreat Start Date:
No refund will be provided. This is because we incur significant pre-paid expenses, such as venue bookings, catering, and materials, which cannot be recovered at short notice.

Important Information

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the retreat begins or for “change of mind” cancellations.
Consumer Guarantees and Exceptional Circumstances
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund if the retreat fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., it is not delivered with due care and skill or does not match what was advertised).
In cases of unforeseen emergencies or exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or family emergencies), we may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future retreat at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Why We Retain Payment for Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations within 14 days of the retreat start date significantly impact our ability to fill your spot and cover pre-paid expenses. For this reason, no refunds are offered during this period unless exceptional circumstances apply.
